Step 1 of 5 — Eligibility
Wonder Master is a rigorous certification designed for leaders who are ready to teach, facilitate, and certify others in the Schools of Wonder. Please review the prerequisites honestly — this is not about gatekeeping, it's about ensuring you get the most from the program.
Wonder Conductor Graduate (or equivalent)
You've completed the 12-week Wonder Conductor program, or have 3+ years of documented AI leadership experience demonstrating the Conductor Mindset.
Minimum 6 months post-graduation
You've had time to apply and integrate your Wonder Conductor learnings in a real-world professional context.
Available for the October 2026 Retreat
The 3-day immersive retreat (October 2026, location TBC) is a mandatory component of Wonder Master certification. You must be able to attend in person.
Active professional practice
You are currently working in a leadership, coaching, consulting, or facilitation role where you can apply and demonstrate the Schools of Wonder.
Commitment to supervised practice
You are willing to complete 3 supervised facilitation sessions and a capstone project as part of the certification process.
